3. Payment Policy

Tattoo Nation accepts Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Cash as valid payment methods.

• Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and are applied to your final balance.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Chargebacks or unauthorized reversals of payment will be treated as theft of service and may be subject to legal action.

4. Photography & Media Consent

By receiving services at Tattoo Nation, you agree that photos and videos of your tattoo (before, during, and after) may be used for portfolio, social media, website, and marketing purposes.
If you wish to revoke this consent, please notify us in writing prior to your session.

All images remain the intellectual property of Tattoo Nation and cannot be altered, distributed, or sold by third parties without written consent.

5. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

Tattoo Nation operates with the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and professionalism. However, by booking or receiving tattoo services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Tattooing involves inherent risks, including possible infection, allergic reaction, or scarring.

• Results may vary depending on individual skin type, healing, and aftercare compliance.

• Tattoo Nation and its artists are not responsible for improper aftercare, unauthorized touch-ups, or external conditions that may affect tattoo healing.

• You assume full responsibility for your decision to get tattooed and waive all claims against Tattoo Nation, its owners, and employees.
